Came across this on BBC's website under their British History tab. Test your knowledge of Women's rights starting during Queen Victoria's rein. Aside from the bars coming down too quickly and not being able to read the explanation for the answers, this is a pretty cute and quirky way of presenting a handful of important topics in Women's Liberation. And if this game has gotten you interested about Women's Rights, fast forward a hundred or so years, and see what has or not has changed. The latest podcast from BBC's Woman's Hour talks about the 40th Anniversary of the first UK Women's Liberation Conference. The conference is seen as a "pivotal moment in the growth of the Women’s Liberation Movement and it produced four key demands including equal pay, equal education and job opportunities, free contraception and abortion on demand, and 24-hour nurseries."
